Love the new site find it much easier to use but am having trouble in applying to change to new cash isa(within Nationwide)

Will we ever be able to see pending transactions individually? I understand we can't see the merchant name but it would be nice to check them off against receipts.

In a nutshell - I hate it. I have yet to find, and finding anything is now harder, any feature of the new site which has ny advantage over the old. You seem to have copied modern 'trendy' websites which favour appearance over function and are not as good as your old site. If it aint broke - don't fix it. Please revert to simple, clear informative and accessible layout and if it looks old fashioned be brave enough to say it's the service that matters.

Great new web site but for some reason over the last month or so, it takes ages to onto the Nationwide web site??

For existing mortgage holders I still find the internet banking and general Nationwide site limited. For example finding the postal address for Northampton is nigh impossible and the ability to carry out transactions on-line. Perhaps areas for consideration in any future upgrades? Thanks

Nationwide had the best online banking platform; no other bank or Building Society came close to it. Somehow they seem to have forgotten functionality in the name of change. This is a very disappointing effort Nationwide. Footnote - this is my THIRD attempt at leaving a response. Will Nationwide allow it to be posted this time I wonder?

I preferred the old way it was easier to use, seemed to load faster and it displayed the list of each accounts transactions more clearly and more easily understood.
