Your new interface is very good, & after a few weeks you forget how the old layout. I like the graphs & the fact I can see a break down of all my spending, and see how much & what percentage I pay a month. All in all pretty good; though some of the old systems were ok.Keep up the good work.

The new site is all very nice however, the old version worked, was reliable and more importantly intuitive. My partner and I considered it better than your competitors; Lloyds, Halifax and HSBC. The new version frequently mis-aligns drop down boxes on Safari (requiring reloading) and is almost unusable on my work computer (window based) which has very strict security policies and narrow bandwidth. How about a running both versions so people can choose in much the same way as some websites offer full and mobile versions.

In general it took me a little while to find the things I use in general but as with all new stuff I am happy with Nationwide's service as a whole and you have always been helpful when I've needed information through the messages section. Well Donw to All

Love the new system, it's much cleaner. However, I'm extremely disappointed to see that you still don't have a mobile version of the site, let alone a smartphone app.

I like the analysis graphs, useful. In the tables used on the site there is far too much "paragraph padding" above and below each item in each cell in a row, so that a lot of scrolling is needed (the cells auto-height adjust when needed). This spacing could be easily halved! Viewing earlier statements - if you choose a range slightly greater than the 18 months available, it doesn't give you just the ones it could (as it used to do before) - it does absolutely nothing! Not helpful. Payment summaries, etc. - too much space to the right taken up by the unnecessary, large drop-down box and GO button. The old layout was more functional & useful, and you could also change details to identify items better, eg. standing orders. The overall appearance at first looks better and will appeal to new users of internet banking, but it definitely needs more work to make it more efficient for frequent users, with less scrolling and moving around to see everything, and better use of screen space.

Much better, one small exception, the dropdown menus sometimes do not clear correctly and tend to overlay each other
