8 million customers received a personalised mailing
Through Savings Promise 6 we state that we will contact customers each year, giving them details about the accounts available in our range. As a result, over the autumn of 2011 over 8 million customers received their personalised Savings Promises mailing, providing them with the information they needed to make informed decisions about the saving accounts that were right for them.
We paid £1.5m in extra interest
Did you know that last year people moving their cash ISAs to us earned an additional £1.5 million in interest? This is because we promise to start paying interest as soon as we receive your cash ISA transfer application.*
